Webcam stopped working after upgrading to Windows 11

My Canyon C2N webcam was working perfectly in Windows 10 N, but after upgrading to Windows 11 N, it stopped functioning. When I tried testing it on webcamtests,

I received a message stating that it was “blocked or used by a different app.” I’ve checked Process Explorer (nothing is using the webcam there), re-applied all permissions, restarted everything, and even tried different USB ports.

What could I be missing?

Open the Camera desktop app, it will indicate that the Media Feature Pack is missing or available. Suggested path (Settings > Apps > Optional features) is mostly incorrect. Instead used the search bar in Settings to find Optional features. After installing the Media Feature Pack from there and restarting computer, the camera should work fine.
