I’m trying to run WordPress on my Windows desktop, and it requires MySQL.
I used the Web Platform Installer from Microsoft to install everything. I never set a root password for MySQL, but during the final step of the WordPress installation, it asks for a MySQL server password.
What is the default root password (if there is one), and how can I change it?
